After reading tons of reviews on other forums, researching online for weeks, and having too much whiskey one Saturday night- I ordered a full custom set of 2 piece forged wheels… through Alibaba!

I inquired on several listings, stated my wheel specifications and finish, had some vendors reach out- and eventually found the best deal with a highly reviewed manufacturer.

$2800 shipped. Yes- all 4 wheels and oversea air shipping included.
For that price, I figured why not?

The design process was a lot of picture messaging back and forth (often in broken English and repetitive clarification on simple details) of the design I want, and a million finishes that I hoped they could get close to… he final design was setand I paid the 50% down to start production.

Currently- I am in that limbo period, waiting for the first pictures of the raw forged faces being cut this week.

The vendor has provided relevant updates to this point, but the actual faces/barrels are still being machined and finished. So no pictures for my final approval and shipment…

As this adventure unfolds in dramatic anticipation, I will provide updates here for those who care to see if I actually get a set of wheels and what they will actually look like. 🙃

Hey guys I'm looking at potentially picking up some wheels from a guy locally and he had them on a different vehicle so the tire sizes aren't the usual size we run on our Macans. The fronts are 255/30/22 and the rears are 315/25/22. Would it be ok to run those on the Macan or would you no and get some different tires more fitted for the Macan?

They "may" work, but will be about 1" smaller in diameter from the stock sizes.

Steering wheel was fully customizable from materials to color matching, LED shift lights or stripe, flat bottom or standard, etc.
Paddle shifters are the magnetic Cup car shifters from JQ Werkes- phenomenal addition.

Here are the shots of the final wheels, currently enroute for the next 25-30 days.

*** These are not authentic Vossen wheels/nor am I trying to claim they are. I’m changing the center caps when I mount the wheels. The factory only sends as seen here.

We will see how good the quality is when I get them in person. So far- not bad for $2800 shipped

the wheels are looking really nice! how are the the Original Vossen called? would like to see some pictures on how they look on the Macan. Can you send me am DM with the link of the Chinese guy building them?

Need advice from everyone. I'm looking at some MSW 50 wheels in gloss black. Discount tire shows online that it will fit the macan. They reached out to their vendor who said they couldn't guarantee fitment. It's a 9x21 wheel for the fronts and 10.5x21 for the rears. Correct bolt pattern, center bore etc. Discount tire said there system says it should fit but since the vendor couldn't guarantee it they won't be able to provide me a refund if they don't fit. I went to OZ wheels website and used there configuration system and it says that the wheel does fit. So does a UK website called performance alloys also. Do you think I should be good in pulling the trigger or would you hesitate?

Here are some custom GT replicas.

21x10 w/ 285/35 Michelin PSS
21x11.5 w/ 325/30 Michelin PSS

Pretty sure these are the only 325's on a Macan. Fitment is perfect and no rubbing.

10mm spacers in the back.
+32mm offset (IIRC)

Right - rears will obv be fine. Front tire will be a little over 11mm inboard because of the change in offset + increased wheel width. I think it will likely be fine, and the DT site agrees with me, which is why I qualified it with the tire size.

Thought I'd share my '22 Macan S on 22" HRE 300's...22x9.5 F and 22x11 R
Tires are 265/35 22 F and 315/30 22 R, Michelin PS4S...
Lowered with Cargraphic AS module... Enjoy

They turned out pretty good! Look amazing, and are very lightweight compared to stock.

ONE MASSIVE HANGUP - they are the wrong diameter
I don’t know how that could even happen, given the entire design and ordering process… but they owned up to the mistake and we worked out a solution.

Regardless, I just finished my coilover install- and will get tires/alignment/rideheight all sorted.

**I will be selling this set of wheels and tires within the next few months, once my corrected set arrives.

just curiosity will the front will fit fine with those offset .. I’ve searched but I didn’t find any luck yet ..I find only lower offset .. just wanna make sure before i purchase them 🙏😃… thank you and let me know if that’s a good fitment and offset .. my car is
