I have a Night Blue GTS on order, so guess that's my opinion on color, (though I love Gentian as well). I went with Pebble/Black leather, and gloss black Sport Design wheels, which have silver facing on the spokes. I love the effect (and I'm tired of cleaning Spyders). Just received notice that my car is delayed 5 weeks from original date.

 

Your build sounds great! My expected delivery date has already been pushed back as well even though it hasn’t locked yet. Annoying but I guess to be expected in these times.

 

I have an S ordered in Night Blue. I would have preferred a dark red like the Cherry on the Taycan or the Burgundy Metallic on my Panamera but sure I will get by. I like a contrast inside so with a dark exterior I like the Mojave interior. Second choice on the interior would be the Pebble Gray. I would drop the LKA and PA and use that money for the AirSuspension. You can always lower it later.

 

My opinion of Night Blue is that it requires as much care as black but has a higher payoff when clean with how the metallic in the paint and body lines pop in the sun. It's a good subtle color. I personally like bright colors more so I like Gentian over Night Blue. I selected Sapphire over Night Blue back when I ordered mine after seeing the two colors side by side in the sun.

Hi everyone, I am excited to become a first time Porsche owner. My GTS order locks tomorrow and figured I’d post the build here in case there’s anything someone talks me into changing last minute Dangerous I know. Mostly I was hoping for opinions on night blue metallic on the GTS. If anyone has pics of a MY2022 night blue GTS it would be greatly appreciated! I keep second guessing color choice between night blue and gentian. Anyway here’s my code

Having seen both colors up close I'd choose the gentian.

 

I just washed my Night Blue today (a 2019, not a '22 and it's an S, not a GTS, but still, the color is lovely...). Here's a shot of the haunch glimmering in the sun. Much sparkle!

 

Go with the Gentian! This color really changes in shady/low light settings. It’s almost a night blue hue in those situations. But in the light it’s such a cool color. I just picked this up yest after having PPF and ceramics done. Going back to have the Kamikaze Stance Rim coatings put on the rims this weekend.

 

Both Gentian and Night Blue shift quite a bit depending on light. Navy and black is a favorite color combo of mine so I went with Night Blue and couldn't be happier. Almost black in low light and at night while more bright in direct sunlight. To me Night Blue looks more sophisticated. This forum seems to have a thing against both Night Blue and Mojave Beige. I have both and it's exactly what I wanted. Go figure. I don't have many pics of my car yet, but here it is in our garage.

Also, we have almost the exact same spec. I skipped on ACC, but added extended leather in Mojave Beige/Black. I also went for the painted side blades.

Beautiful! It's amazing how much this color changes in different light. Sun/shade/garage/in the rain- it seems a different color each time.

 

All most identical to mine which may or may not still be sitting in Emden. A call to my SA is in order for tomorrow. Love the Mojave in my Panamera. I went with the 21“ RS Spyder wheels.

 

I have a 2021 Night Blue GTS delivered in December but due to months of snow and melt, snow and melt I dont have any decent pics yet. I like Gentian but in some types of light I see a bit of a purple tone which I'm not a fan of.

 

I just reread my post and I didn't mean to sound so grumpy! Truth be told I was in the exact same place as you. I couldn't find any pics of Night Blue on a GTS and really wanted some real world non-configurator pics of what the black front end looked like with the Night Blue paint. I saw Gentian after Gentian and really started to doubt my choice. In the end, I stuck to my gut and I couldn't be happier.

I'm really grateful to this forum for all the knowledge freely given. It helped me make informed choices when putting my car together. At the same time there's a type of group-think that forms on here that might lead you to believe there's only one right choice or that you're doing it wrong. One of the great pleasures of buying a Porsche is putting it together. Find an SA that you like and trust. These are the people that have seen it all - at least the good ones. In the end, make decisions that will make you happy. Some people get hung up on building a car that will retain the most value for resale. I learned from the wise people here that that's a mistake. Configure a car for you not the second owner.

It's a wonderful vehicle and it makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. Make it work for you and you won't have any regrets.

 

I purchased a new 2021 Night Blue GTS. I prefer the darker colors and really don't need to draw to much attention to what I am driving. It's subtle yet pops on the sun. It also complimented my Night Blue 993.

 

I traded in my Night Blue 993 for a Night Blue 2021 GTS! I had the grey interior as well in my 993.

@vlindell, you need to pick up the smoked side marker lights for the GTS, they really complete the look. Easy install as well.

One of The Partners here has a 2021 GTS in Night Blue delivered last May and I fell in Love with it. I told him I would have spec'd it exactly how he did. I have a Rhodium Silver 2017 Macan S and cannot wait for my 2022 S to arrive this fall in Night Blue with black bits and std wheels...Beauty!!

Really like the build. I did the Gentian Blue and both are beautiful. I added the red GTS on the side blades which tie in nicely with the red brake callipers. Also the Porsche puddle lights? Seems silly but I know I will grin every time I get in and out of the thing at night. Like $300.

I also have a night blue metallic on order so in agreement on the color. Not much difference between our configurations except maybe for wheels and some other aesthetic features. Ultimately it's what you want not what everyone else wants.
