Hi guys, recently just got my Macan, and have been driving around and observed that the left side mirror (the mirror itself) seems more zoomed compare to the one on the right side, is this normal for all macans out there? i have a macan 2.0 just bothers me to look at my left side mirror and seems cars are so much closer compare to the right side mirror. i can confirm that the left is more zoomed in compare to the right side by just looking at the rear door handles of the car.

help to clarify, pretty bothered by it actually but happy with the car :)

thanks

You need to fill in your location in your signature.
Don't know if you're talking about drivers or passenger mirror.

From Philippines here, which is left hand drive, i found the left hand side mirror to be so zoomed in compared to the one on the right mirror with "objects in (the) mirror are closer than they appear" on it. kinda bothers me, and compared to our audi Q5, which both side mirrors seems to be the same... is this normal? if so, can i replace the left side mirror? just wondering though...

PS: signature added :)

All international car makers have at least 8 mirror variations on optics alone.

Then you get into heating and dimming so it can be dozens

Depending on left or right hand drive. Depending on country regulations for flat, convex, aspherical. Depending on country regulations for warning notice mandatory, optional or banned.

Don't blame Porsche.
