Least Pretentious Porsche Dealer in America?

New Member, first post.
Shopping for Macan S, preferably CPO 2018.
Tired of wasting time trying to get my questions answered. I will fly to any dealer in the US and drive it home to Phoenix.
My wife needs a new car and its down to two, either the Macan or a GS F-Sport.
Seriously, we are receiving far more favorable treatment at the local Lexus dealerships vs. the Porsche dealerships.
However, she is leaning more towards the Macan.

Thanks!!

lol Not a prima donna, just basic questions, we live closest to Porsche Chandler, they are nice and polite but not very full of information.

I understand the CPO adds 2 years to factory plus unlimited miles.
After two weeks of playing phone and email tag, I learned there are extended warranties available beyond the CPO but no one can provide terms and cost.
If I purchase an extended warranty, does it have to be at the time of sale, or is Porsche like other manufacturers in regards to allowing you to purchase extended warranty any time before factory warranty expires?
If so would that be the original four year or the extra two year period of the CPO?
Does my local Porsche dealer have access to any CPO Macans I may find elsewhere in the country?
Can I change my own oil or does that void the warranty?
Has Porsche recalled vehicles for the transfer case and timing cover issues or is they still being resolved on a case by case basis?

How much can I expect to be able to deal on a CPO sticker price? For example, I've seen several at about 52, my intentions are to get out the door at 50, is this realistic?

We do own a Lexus now and have had it for 13 years. We do intend to retain the Macan for many years as well, trying to figure out the best way to plan for the future.

Thanks for your help
