I had mine installed by the dealer when I upgraded from 19" to 21" wheels. Not sure how they go on but can confirm that they can be installed on a car that did not have them from the factory

This is the item I'm talking about. It doesn't come with any instructions.

 

Well, they either install with adhesive or fasteners. Are there any pre drilled holes in the piece? Would go look at my car for you, but it's too far away right now.

 

I'll just have the dealer install it for me. Hopefully they don't charge an arm and a leg for it.

Update, dealer wanted $200 for it so I ended up doing it myself. Lol

 

What does it take to install them? Did you do it without removing the wheel?

 

I don?t think it helps with the dirt/rock kicking up to your paint but what I ended up doing what cutting out part of it and snapping it on to the car.
