I am seeing base price increases in the configurator. It looks like it is in the process of being updated…

+$2,600 for Macan
+$3,000 for S and GTS

Likely the difference will end up even higher if they take out features due to parts shortage (electric steering column comes to mind and who knows what else...)

 

My Macan locked this past Sunday, so I doubt it is close to being built. That said, if they remove something else from my build, I will consider canceling

ACC is appearing as standard equipment rather than an option.

 

I am noticing the same on the config, but the website is still not reflecting that increase. Good thing I booked a macan couple months ago.

 

So are these the 2023 models or just a mid year changes. Is it common for Porsche to tweak specs and prices between model years? Btw looks like the PP+ price dropped by $170 CAD due dropping electronically adjusted steering.

 

14 and 18-way seats have increased in price a little bit. The interior leather packages have changed around as well; it seems that they are pushing non-leather materials more.

 

drive away price increase in Australia (AUD) for the base is quite significant! around AUD 7k.

It is interesting that the configurator has changed only in the USA, Canada and Australia. Anyone know if this also applies to Europe?

 

I did re-build my car in the configurator and it's $1860 more and loosing the electric steering wheel adjustment.

 

Just tried to open my build code that locked ~2 weeks ago, looks like it is showing as a new model year update in the config tool when I try to open it today.

Hopefully that means my price was locked in as well ? 🤞

 

I'll reach out to my SA later today. I locked the GTS build on 3/11 hopefully, this doesn't impact the price or specs.

 

Matrix headlights have disappeared from the configuration again. I can’t keep up 😂

 

Loaded my 2022 build into the new 2023 configurator.

Looks like Thermally & Noise Insulated Glass is gone, though the configurator seems to indicate that it is “currently” not available (while ACC is “no longer” available since it’s now standard). Hence, could be temporary for the glass being unavailable?

Overall, my build is $1,760 higher when taking the glass out of the 2022 price.

 

They should just adjust the configurator to the current situation.

I already took delivery of my 2022 Macan GTS on Saturday. Kept the previous code and here are the updates. Looks like Thermal Glass is not available.

 

On the U.S. site the Macan T says coming soon, but it is configurable with a base price of $63,100.

As of 4/29, the T is labeled “New” on the U.S. site rather than “Coming Soon”. I guess it is officially available for order.

 

My S arrives in Houston today. if ordered today an additional $1760.

 

This is interesting... didn't realize Alcantara was making a comeback...

Overall, my same config would be over $5,000 CAD more... quite the increase!

 

I am right there with you folks. Pinged my SA this morning, attaching our signed buyers order, as well as the build order, asking him to confirm we are not subject to a net $2,740 price increase on our GTS. Our car locked (V250) about two weeks ago.

I just received a note from him saying that the price increases only apply to new orders placed, not for orders already accepted prior. I have it in writing and I will hold the dealership to that....

 

Just talked to SA , no change to MSRP or delivery date for my locked build which is now v220 status.

 

I took delivery of my car just last week. MSRP difference of my base build is $2,360. And does not include the additional $500 discount I got for manual steering column. Production month of my car was 02/22. I wonder when these 2023’s will start being built?

 

Is there any difference with these "2023" models or am I just paying $2.8k more if i order the exact same car today as yesterday?

In my case, the only difference I believe is a 2023 model designation. Everything else appears the same to me, as my car was optioned. Furthermore, some have been able to get an additional $500 credit on their purchase of their 2022 due to the mid year change to manual steering column. This site provided the knowledge for me to get another $500 off. Thank you Macan Forum!

 

Anyone notice standard equipment change: Integrated cluster with Silver tachometer ???? Good that they lowered the price of the (useless) wireless charging option Loss of heat resistant glass is not good for hot weather areas. ACC standard is good move.

I guess what may continue not to be clear is. ..if you have paid a deposit, have a delivery date in August, will your Macan be a 2022 or a 2023?

 

That’s exactly what I’m wondering. Will the bill of sale be void because that was for a 22 and you need a new bill of sale for a 23?

 

I say all cars after the summer break are 23... before 22... that's why you see the new price and MY 23... because orders from now on will be build after the break

 

I feel like I am taking a hit here, with Macan T pricing. My car locks in tomorrow and had placed order two months ago. I built out my base with 20inch rims and leather package. Once you do that you are at macan T price range except it includes those handling bonuses and tailpipes.

I spoke to my sales rep, he is saying to order the T and wait till early next year or still roll with the base but they will not adjust the price for those additional handling options (PASM, sports chrono) and i have to pay full value to get those options.

Am I being a bit greedy? maybe. but its also poor timing as I need this car before august. Just pain

If 2022 thought us anything is that it's better to have an actual Macan in your driveway than a potentially better one on order
I am not a fan of the T. I don't like the silver trim, don't want firmer suspension and don't really need SC or leather dashboard. If I were you today, I would have probably gone ahead with the order, perhaps swap PASM with a leather dash. You won't miss the SC and in Vancouver, don't want the firmer T suspension.

 

Can someone share what a bill of sale actually is? My order was over the phone and email. All I have is a receipt for my deposit. I am feeling a little insecure that I don't have more paper.
