Is there any way to code the 4 point LEDS surrounding the Main beam LED to be on ..........when the Main beam is on ??

Are your 4-points your DRL? If so, I remember seeing something around “DRL Dimming with Main Beam“. I’m sure I’ve got the wording wrong, but ”DRL” and “dim” were in there. I want to say the value is the percent you want them dimmed when the mains are on, and the default was 90%? That’s reaching deep back into my brain’s dark areas, so I could be wrong.

Next you’re gonna ask me “where”. Sorry, but I don’t recall. I think it was Instrument Cluster or Front-end electronics (it wasn’t headlights).

It was indeed that easy but took me some hours of prep and research.
I had to do some x-checks on where the codings can be found in which ECU and what the HW setup was in my case. Plus, don‘t underestimate the time it takes to become acquainted with Piwis.
In my case, a Piwis 2 did the job (MY17), with Xenon headlights which do a nice job adjusting dynamically. I was positively surprised.

Can you please share the coding instructions fir the headlights the camera and the cluster. I have PDSL+ installed on my 16 Macan and I have PIWIS 2 and Launch x431 modules. But I don’t see the auto high beam function yet although headlights are perfectly working.

Does anyone know if this will work on 2.0L Macans to enable the turbo boost pressure option for the MFD multi-line display? I have a GTS, so I can't test, and someone was asking how to enable the display. Seems like this would work, but not sure if 2.0L Macan's actually report out a measurement that can be displayed

If you would have PDLS+ you would have auto high beam active, hence I assume you don't have PDLS+.
If you have PDLS you can activate auto high beam as follows:

I don't recall if the entry was in all 3 modules, but that's an easy task to check and change. why I addressed these 3 ECUs was because I also activated 8WH (intersection light).

For auto high beam

1. change option from 8JF (oder 8JE) to option 8G2 in ECUs (just select all 3 for coding, so you don't need to worry which one):

• Front cam
• Headlight
• BCM front

2. I also selected the option 8G2 in the VO (under "Lichtassistenssysteme" = 8G2)

I would assume yes. I cannot test either as it's standard with my turbo PP, and the byte is set to "yes" in my case.

I have not looked, but I am willing to bet that it's a maintenance item, not a coding item.

I may plug be plugging my Launch in this week to try and help someone else. I'll poke around at that time.

Ok- in PIWIS, go to Diagnostics -> choose Gateway module -> click on the Actual Values tab. Still gotta see what shows up on a Launch, but it would likely be under the System Selection -> Gateway, and some sort of function before you code to the Code/Brush Hiding.

i'm not sure if this is a 'discovery'. It was for me today. I've been having a problem with getting frequent low pressure warnings. The pressure is correct for 1-2 people. It calls for 33/36. When I checked it yesterday it was 34/38 at ambient temperature; meaning it was correct. And...bang. I get a low pressure warning. So, I see which tire is giving me the headache. It turns out by selecting the tire size and summer/winter, down at the bottom of that screen is a little box you can highlight that says FULL LOAD. It was checked. As soon as I unchecked the box, the low pressure icon went out. Seems you can program not only the type and size tires you're running, but also be able to let the TPMS know as to whether you have 1-2 or 3-4 in the Porsche with you. I didn't know that.

After my car has been on full trickle charge , MFD is reporting 12.4 VDC.
I think that correlates to like 65-70 %SOH. About right for 6 YR old battery ?

I know the Macan has this number onboard , just gotta pull it with either 431 or Piwis.
