Yes, that was the first thing I noticed… no 18-way.

Have fun shopping! If you are like me, you’ll go nuts checking autotrader, cargurus, Porsche Finder, BringATrailer, Rennlist, etc. multiple times a day. 🤓
lol Yes, Sir. I have all those sites ready for battle!! Including but not limited to; Carmax, Carvana, Edmunds
But yeah, I shall when the time comes.. Thanks again ;)

I totally understand where you're coming from. For reference, these are the exact seats in my daily. Down to the color(I borrowed this picture from Google). And I fit perfectly fine. The 18-way Macan seats look a little wider(if not identical) than these, but again, I will test drive before I buy.
I too jumped from an Audi S4, although a heavily modified B8.5 and not a B9 or B9.5; I’m not sure which you have because from my recollection, Audi used the same seats for both the B9 and B9.5 heck maybe even the B10, but really not sure there because Audi lost a customer in me with all this diamond stitching crap.

Anyway, the one thing my B8.5 was missing were adjustable side bolsters which weren’t even an option back in 2014 when the car was built. So when I found a Macan Turbo with 18 ways I was enamored with them.

I’m a smaller guy at ~5’6” and 145 lbs so the adjustable side bolsters are pumped up to the max for me and they fit me so snugly it’s amazingly comfortable for me.

That said, I could see how 18 ways could be more difficult to get out of, but with the comfort seat setting that goes back when you turn the car off, it’s not bad at all to enter and exit the car IMO.

Another thing to watch for is if the car has all the nanny systems you want; such as ACC, LKA, etc.

Yep, B9!! With adjustable side bolsters, massaging front driver and pass seats, as well as the entry/exit comfort setting (as you mention) to help you ingress and egress. Also a prestige model, so it has all the nannies, ACC, LKA, LCA, sport rear diff, and HUD, etc.

I bet that heavily modified B8.5 S/C whine, was music to your ears.

That's one way of looking at it. The car has been leaking for a while, but now it's in for a major service. The belt is being changed, and I'm taking advantage of the opportunity to fix the oil leak ;-)
Best time to repair/replace what ever ails your Macan. Especially that belt, as I watched a Porsche Club of America YT video a while ago, where they mention; In the 95B.1 Macan, your have to tear down the front end in order to replace that belt.
