No on the Macan. The Audi lifts on pinch welds so I bought special blocks for that car. The pads that come with the unit from Costco will work on most vehicles I am aware of I just wanted to use the correct pad on the Audi.
So I finally bought the quickjack and tried it out today. It worked fine but it seemed like the macan jack point spread is slightly longer than the quickjack. Do you place the rubber blocks parallel in length with the car or perpendicular? I ran them perpendicular. I also noticed part of my front driver side jack point is broken off, bummer..

Isn't there a QuickJack model that accommodates a longer wheelbase vehicle? I believe
that is the model that needs to be selected for a Macan...

You need to buy the extensions ($200) to accommodate the Macan. I have a QuickJack 5000 and it is a stretch to use it on the Macan. I did it for a tire change but the jacking points only partially overlapped with the QuickJack. I wouldn’t get under the car this way. I plan to buy the extensions for next time.

I ran into the same problem with the Macan Jack points being too far apart. I measured this distance before ordering but the Jack points are at least 4” wider than the lift. In fact my car fell off the ramps fortunately no damage and I had another set of wheels on the car.

I’m going to look into the extensions @lippy is talking about. I also ended up with a broken jack pad so at this point I’m a bit Leary of Quick Jack.

Hopefully I did give you bad info but we are in the same predicament.

I put my Quickjack pads (the taller ones) perpendicular to the Macan lift points. The 5000lb model seems to work fine for me without the need of the extension kit mentioned. It is near the length limits, but lifts and holds safely IMO.

Great, glad someone had the same thinking as me. I just bought the extenders this morning for peace of mind though.

I got the ones from Costco and ordered the extensions from Quickjack. I used them so I can take off my wheels and ceramic coat them. Worked great wish I would have had them sooner.

Whoa! I didn't know that you were supposed to take the wheels & tires off to wash the car! I've been doing it wrong all these years! >:D

Lol Im sure one of my neighbors was like WTF when they saw that. Another was there when I was pulling them off and asked why I was. I ceramic coated them since I didn't do them at same time as car since the lift wasn't in yet. Also decided hey can't have nice clean wheels and not have the rest spotless.

$200 for 2 metal plates!![/QUOT

They are 30lbs each and heavy duty enough to support your car. Well worth the cost and safety factor. The Macan will not fit correctly on the lift without them.

Yes they are a big metal plate and well worth it. They help make sure you clear to the outside edge of each lift point on the Macan. $200 is a bit much but get the lift from Costco or Home Depot if unable to do from Costco. Take the money saved from getting it from Quickjack and buy the extensions. Even with the shipping charge from the you come out cheaper than getting the lift from Quickjack.

Edit:

I don't have much going on this weekend. I will try and go out and take a bunch of pics of the lift to show with and without extensions and such so people thinking about this lift can make a decide if they want them or not.

Here are pics of the complete system and of the standard lift without extensions. I use the biggest blocks.
