Check the Macan CP video below for an alternate approach. I have not tried this, but it looks good.

It may save the Central Hook on the long dash piece long term as well…….see the video.

Let it completely power down, lock car for 15 minutes and then check again ….

The first time I installed the Joye audio solution, I ended up accidentally disconnecting an internal wire (I think it was a fiber) that connected the audio from radio. So, I could hear audio from iPhone, but not radio. When I opened the PCM again, I reseated the connection and it worked.

I’m able to change source.

I would check all connections, especially the ones you made inside the PCM. Your issue is not normal.

Nice......but die hard Waze user here. It works so well over BT right now...no CP.
I may hold off for a MOST version BT module. Don provided some info that this is in DEV for other vehicles currently.

I added some silicon grease to all points when I put back........hoping the next "Pull" is easier ....when i add CP.

It is however what is in the manual, proper procedure …..unreal.

Removing the the front Bezels…..per the video link I posted is for sure more elegant

With this method Santrix.....if you have music on via usb....and waze, via wifi CP.....does Waze guided audio work simultaneously ?

So the USB lead at the front Don.....is for wired CarPlay. I wonder if you connected an iPhone......what sound would be like and if you can carry sound over this wired connection.
