My car is a 2023 GTS - when I had it in for front window tinting the guy pointed out two blemishes in the factory tinted windows. See pictures. I've never owned a porsche or a car of this caliber before. So ... should I live with it? Replacing the glass on the affected windows seems super invasive and potentially creates more problems.

The affected windows are the passenger side rear window and the rear hatch window.

It's something I would live with. Like you said, more problems may be created by trying to replace the glass. The door panel is going to have to come off to replace the passenger window so I would be worried about trim pieces being damaged to access retaining screws, any plastic retaining clips that retain the door panel to the body panel being damaged, etc. You might be left with squeaks and rattles in the door panel. The more times you take something apart and put it back together, it just doesn't go back together like it does when it was brand new.

I also had a windshield replaced on a non-Porsche vehicle several years ago and I eventually had rust develop at the corner of the A-pillar and roof near the windshield. I can't prove it but I'm guessing the paint was scratched when the old windshield was removed.

I'm probably just as anal about cars as you are, but sometimes its just not worth the risk. Then again, I'm new to the Porsche family and maybe their service techs are a lot more careful.

Looks like contamination was present when the glass was laminated during manufacturing. I would personally leave it alone.

I would live with the imperfections as compared to removing the windshield. Could end up with much worse issues.

Do you have the thermal and noise insulated glass option? If so your window is two pieces of glass with three layers of film sandwiched between the two glass sheets and that is where the bubble is. I'd leave it alone if it does not effect your vision. No one else will notice.

Stuff like that can drive me crazy even though in my mind I know its trivial. Sometimes to get over it I'll estimate what it would cost to fix and instead of paying for it or arguing with someone over fixing it I'll just donate that estimated amount to some charity. That way a little good came out the annoyance and I'll actually feel better when I happen to see it.
