Just received my first final production kit. Successfully tested to 30PSI, this one is ready to install in my own Macan this weekend. Dyno data coming shortly after.
All other pre-order kits are on the production line - waiting for my successful installation before they finalize all others.

Installed!
Drove on the ICs alone for a bit before going Cobb stage 2… Initial reaction: They work great! Installed in under two hours. Can definitely feel a difference. No noticeable turbo lag, torque and power feel good, more turbo / intake noises.
Installed the stage 2 map and WOW!!

Intercooler results are in!
Cobb Stage 1, OEM Intercoolers: 410.0 AWHP
Cobb Stage 1, RADHAUS Intercoolers: 426.8 AWHP
Improvement: Peak +16.8 AWHP
12 ft/lb TQ loss at peak, higher TQ at 4800+ RPM.
Cobb Stage 2, RADHAUS Intercoolers: 437.2 AWHP
I would imagine a Cobb Protune would really dial it in.

That can be easily adjusted through tuning.very nice, good job im sure this would be priceless on hot summer days. but that drop at 3k is significant looking. that's where i enjoy it the most on daily around town
Do you know why that is and if it can be improved?
I ran that comparison to show the impact of changing Intercoolers alone using Cobb Stage 1. The Stage 1 map is anticipating conditions that would be present if the stock Intercoolers were installed. I suspect we are seeing the impact of increased volume of the cores and end tanks.
Most folks that opt for upgraded Intercoolers will also run the Stage 2 map (or a Protune). The OTS Cobb Stage 2 map fills that gap in terms of HP and TQ through most of the lower RPM ranges, while improving the numbers through most of the power band.

Received the IC and installed, plus customized Stage 2 tune and this is what I get on my 2016 Macan S.

With reliability and practicality in mind, I have requested to detune the car to suit a lower octane fuel. I am happy with the result and the IC is a solid built proven to sustain the Stage 2 tune, capable at bringing the charged air temperature down to stock when running on a higher boost.
