Smokers package install?

Ordered smokers package from Suncoast for my 2021, and I noticed it says requires dealer programming in fine print. I ordered anyhow just to get it in hand and have a look, since I can’t find much info on that. 3 days later Suncoast emailed me stating they refunded my order because the part doesn’t fit my VIN. I called up and they said you need Xxx package on your car for this to work. Can anyone advise? I have a non smokers package Macan with the 12v outlet in the cubby. I basically want the door, don’t care about the lighter portion, I would prefer to keep my 12v plug behind the door to be honest if possible. Thanks in advance
