Brishoca, if you have them, would you share the part numbers of the short and long bolts for the tensioner p/n 948-102-261-75? The Porsche parts diagram shows #6 and #7 as being the same part number 999-073-246-02 which I know must be wrong because they're different lengths, right?

999-073-329-09 is the torx 8X96, 999-073-246-02 Is the 8X96. Tried to change using the procedure outlined, could not get the belt slackened, guess the tensioner was frozen up. Could not get the torx to fit head of bolt. Trying to access from the top of the engine did not help. As has been said I’ll take it to the dealer, write a check and walk away. I did not fully disassemble from the top, did however take the front fascia off, removed air tube. Love German engineering! 2 of the bolts are covered by plastic panels, they pop off from the back and hinge on the front.

I’ll check back for the part numbers as I’m sure I still have the invoices.
The lower end of the tensioner has a long bolt, the upper end short.
The arm that the upper end of the tensioner is attached to ( and has the the roller/ tensioner bearing at the other end) pivots on a long bolt, the same part number as the lower tensioner bolt.
