Just get wireless adapter and plug to USB.
No wireless option in my case, need to plug in.
Also please don't message me with requests for download links or files.
First, there are none.
Second, Sima is providing us and other car enthusiasts with a superb, affordable service.
If you need an install contact him.

Just ordered one in Amazon, thank you for your help today! Excited to use AA on my trip this weekend.
@simaservis1108 I can not PM because I think I am too new here.

I am picking up a 2021 Macan tomorrow and it has wireless apple car play and navigation already.

I would like Android auto full screen and probably an update to 2022 maps if I ever decide to use the navigation.

What is the best method to reach you to discuss next steps/pricing?
I responded with my contact info on the private message

Thank you I got it! I will message you on WhatsApp after I get the car tomorrow and collect the information on what version pcm it will have.

Did you buy the Motorola MA1? I got one and today I had AA installed on my 2021 Macan and the wireless adapter connects to my phone but it just says "continue on car".

But the carplay icon on the Macan is not there.

If I plug in the phone it shows up after some time. It takes a couple of tries sometimes of plugging the USB in and out for it to show up.

An update:

I got everything working with Sima helping me all the way through! I highly recommend the service too, it's made driving easier for me as I can keep my phone in my pocket and use the Motorola MA1 adapter and now the phone connects every time I get in the car.

If you are encountering any issues here are some steps I took to test out the process until it worked.

If using cable, try a good quality cable but if you are still having trouble on your Android phone look up how to enable developer options.

Usually you go to settings, scroll down to about, tap 7 times until the phone says you are now in developer mode. This may vary by android phone make and model so please look it up.

In developer options find "Default USB Configuration" and set it to transferring files.

On your car's pcm you can try removing all devices from Bluetooth and reconnecting them but I had the best success with going to system settings in pcm and reset to factory defaults.

After doing this, I can wirelessly connect to AA every time I get in the car.

Have you tested the speed in which AA loads when connecting the phone directly to the car, versus when connecting wirelessly via the MA1?

I have not tried the USB cord since I reset the PCM. I can try that today when I leave work. It took about 20-30 seconds for wireless to activate AA on the PCM.

The funny part will be what will happen when my fiance gets in the car with me and she has an iphone that is paired with the Macan too. I wonder if carplay will show up first or my Android Auto. My guess is because the pcm supports wireless carplay natively, car play will pop up first.

She's an iphone user.. I see... well at least there's still time 😜

I tried the USB cable and this is an OEM cable that I bought for my S22U. It seemed to connect and then nothing came up on the pcm. Or it looked like it was going to load AA but then the phone flashed the screen as if it was loading AA and just went back to the home screen.

The USB cable option seems to be very finicky and I plugged and unplugged it a few times and it wasn't picking up the phone or it wasn't loading AA on the pcm.

I reset the PCM to factory defaults again, reset the Motorola MA1 adapter too, reconnected the phone to the car again via Bluetooth and reconnected the MA1 to the phone, and then AA loaded up in about 20 seconds on the PCM.
Last week Sima unlocked Apple Carplay on my Macan 2019, just provided ethernet to usb adapter, flash stick, windows laptop and an hour time ;)

Thank you and enjoy :)
+1 for Sima! Highly recommended! 2017 GTS with PCM 4 and all the Apple stuff already installed. Activated Android Auto and updated maps. Sima is patient and awesome. Overall process took about an hour for everything. I love the new features and maps. Thank you to the upgrade wizard.

If you have any additional questions about the experience (it was easy), just PM me. I am glad to share.
Sima just finished updating my PCM5 this morning for full-screen CarPlay. All I can say is WOW! The process was seemly once I got the right cable...one of the USB to Ethernet cables I had was bad. Sima was patient through the process and a pleasure to work with. The final results look amazing! Thanks again.

I'm using AAwireless in both my cars. Works perfect. By the time I get in and start the car, it connects and loads Android Auto on the screen.
