Here is a video of the Porsche Macan spotted in Spain. It being uncamouflaged shouldn't be a surprise since it was on show at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The weird thing is that this one was seen in Spain.

Other strange things about this Macan are its lack of badging on the back and the wheels that are painted matte black. The best guess that I have read is that it is a development model being tested in real world circumstances.

im goign to guess its dev of the base model. turbo models have two rows of DRL LEDs, this one only has one...

I have a feeling a lot of people will be mistaking the Macan for a Cayenne, it's proportions are inline with the Cayenne, basically being a mini cayenne.

yeah for all we know they could just be throwing on what ever suitable wheels they have, or maybe we're seeing wheel options on the mules that will be in production

thats possible, but then again they have so many test mules and pre-production models so, it's hard to say if this is the case

actually, looking at the interior shots in the video its possible this is the Turbo S undergoing testing. The Cayenne is only available with red leather on the the GTS model...

Why would you speculate that this is a turbo S based on interior leather when the exterior has the running gear of an S model?

How do you know whats under the mule?
Why would you assume Porsche is out testing a model they've already finished work on?

Porsche has said to us further derivatives are coming....

build an interior exactly like the screen shot with CF and boost gauge above the center stack...

They've pulled trickery in the past, all during dev the Macan was running around with stickers for head and tail lamps and additional stickers to disguise the shape of the C-pillar. Why should we assume they're doing the "honest" things now? Its not illegal for them to lie to us...
