I can see how that's confusing. Let me clear things up.

Fuse E-3(20A) is main power for the PCM and Fuse E-4(5A) is for the display portion of the PCM, so there are technically two fuses. Fuse E-2 is only present for cars with OEM Rear Seat Entertainment.

That said, I'd be surprised if this was a fuse-related issue. Sounds like a failing component. Keep in mind that there are multiple modules and components on the MOST150 fiber-optic network, and if any one of those fail it can cause a break in the loop, which could shut down the PCM. What I'm trying to say is that your PCM shutting down could potentially be a symptom of another component in the data-loop that's failing.
