I would be most worried about the timing chain cover oil leak issue that can occur with '18 and earlier 6-cylinder models. Porsche used to do an engine-out fix that would run around $10k, but now they do bolt replacements for a few hundred. The downside is that some people are reporting that the cheap bolt replacement fix is not a reliable fix and that oil leakage can happen again.
If the PDK ever needs to be replaced, that will be around $20k.
For myself, I would only consider a '19 or newer 6-cylinder model. Have not heard reports of oil leak trouble with those.
