Congrats! Glad you posted this and hope it helps a bit to dispel the the theory (or myth) that these cars fall apart and bleed cash post warranty.

Awesome!

My 2019 just had some major service done including replacing motor mounts. At 95k miles she feels every bit as good as the nearly new 6k mile 2023 service loaner I had.

Grandfather Mountain is a glorious location. I could see myself relocating to somewhere nearby.

I keep a car as long as it suits my lifestyle- high mileage is not an issue. And I do the maintenance myself so I know it's done right. After a series of vehicles to nurse my kids from infants through moving furniture from college apartments, It's now all about my wife and me.

Trips on the BRP. Daily drives in our forever mountain location. Cross-country trips to visit friends and grandkids. Since there are no lifestyle changes expected, this car is likely to be in my stable a long time.

Since I'm semi-retired and have downsized to one home, My annual mileage has decreased significantly from the 30k/ year that it had been for nearly two decades. The next two should be on the order of about half of that. So it may take another 7 years to celebrate 200K, 14 years for 300k....

Thanks for sharing... it's a similar story with our family as well but I think I am most concerned with the $20-30k PDK replacement people keep talking about at the 60,000-80,000 km range, have you encountered any issues with that personally?

40k mile service: fluid and external filter change.
80k miles: new pan gasket, filter, fluid and external filter change.
Both in my garage.
Repeat.

So, no issues.

The news of the Macan’s early demise has been greatly exaggerated.

Now you can modify all you want without Big Brother looking over your shoulder, ready to deny a warranty claim for any unrelated reason... ;)

So far just a Cobb stage 1. My GTS didn’t come with the Sports Chrono package, so I did a retro fit with the part through Suncoast and had the dealer install. It was their first one. But LOVE the addition
