Hi there,
I recently had my 2014 Porsche Macan brake pads changed by a mechanic and I was curious about the brake pad sensor. The mechanic mentioned my brake pads were at 1mm at the front and 1.5mm at the back. I assumed that a sensor would come on the dash when the pads were worn down, but no sensors came on. Can anyone provide some insight on when the sensor should come on?
