You know the one......its hard to reach :) along the very bottom of the door. I think its job is to keep water and stuff out.
I clean mine whenver I wash the car. My Macan does not see a lot of road grime...okay none....but when I wipe along it I pull tons of black "stuff" onto the cloth, like smeared.

This has me wondering...is this dirt ? Or the rubber just aging and breaking down. Does anyone use a sealer on this, or do you protect this stripping with any product ?
Cant be good to be reducing it each time.

+1 on this product. was recommended by a MB dealer doesn’t collect dust a problem on Phoenix and leaves the seals nice. Use it on all seals on my car under hood, boot and all doors. Purchased thru Autogeek in Florida.
