How can you tell? I have a 2017 Macan S with 17,000 miles and hven't noticed any driverbility problems.
Symptom is a (usually small) oil leak. Sometimes hidden since belly pan absorbs it so, no telltale driveway or garage stain.

B4 warranty is up best to either check yourself or specifically ask Porsche dealer to look for any oil leak.

Some take it to Indy mechanic.

I just got my MY18 Macan Turbo with Performance Pack from my Porsche dealer which had been in their workshop for 8 days. Timing Chain Cover Oil Leaks which they tell me is due to the use of non high tensile screws in manufacture and the heads breaks off and causes leaks at the cover. They replaced mine with high tensile bolts.
Also in the 8 days the car was off the road they replaced sagging engine mounts and cracked front suspension arms.
Wow, I never would have expected this from a Porsche but lucky my mechanic (who I a Porsche expert) picked these issues up when servicing for me as I would have hated to pay for this after warranty is out.
Everyone should do yourself a favour and have a independent Porsche Specialist check out your car before warranty ends.

Did you tell Porsche about the sagging engine mounts and cracked front suspension arms? Or did Porsche find those issue & tell you?

Macan in for an oil change the afternoon of Wednesday the 21st.
Last year, after removing the under-tray, the tech said, "It looks brand new up there."
I hope it still does. . .
Oil change yesterday (Wednesday the 21st) at European Performance, and I asked Will (the tech) to check for leaks/weeping. He came into the waiting room and said, "It's still dry as a bone."
Therefore, so far so good

This thread is somewhat depressing. Transfer case failure and oil leaks seem to be happening left and right. I just want to know how many people DID NOT have those two problems and what is your mileage?

I bought my CPO Macan S two months ago. It now has a little over 18K mi. Neither of those two problems had happened yet.
1st 2015 Macan turbo- had both
2nd 2017 Macan Turbo PP- neither yet at 36k miles
