Good working condition, about 2 years old. Includes everything that is required to install. The company who made this Plug and Play version of the kit, SDK Autos, is no longer in business, however I have the full PDF manual for installation. SDK Autos took the kit made by KAP and made it fully PnP so it was the better version of the two to buy. I am willing to ship pretty much anywhere, at buyers expense.
