Selling another set of 21" Turbos

Wheels are indeed OEM, and forged as all 21" turbos are. I'll have to put some on a scale, but they are truly the lightest of all OEM 21" options.
They're nice condition overall, showing signs of average use, a few minor scratches and stone chips, but nothing too noteworthy, and no curb rash (see photos).
A few options here:
$3,000 Shipped (Wheels & Caps Only)
$3,850 Shipped Wheels w/ caps, TPMS, & Continential ContiSport 5P Summer Tires
Tires have less than 500 miles on them. Full tread remaining.
Payment: PayPal is preferred. Kindly add 3.5% to cover fees if using the "Goods/Services" method. I am happy to provide numerous references from prior sales.
