So this change is not as straight forward with the Base Macan because the transmission brace covers the drain plug (#5), see pic.
I had to shorten a 10mm Allen key to fit in that space but once that was done the rest was easy.
3.2L came out and 3.55L went back in.
The transmission definitely feels better after the change. FYI, the vehicle has 36k mi on it.
