Thought it would be good to keep track of the following for Australian orders, see how these are progressing with all the delays being reported globally.

Order Date: Start October 2021
Model: Macan GTS
Where: Sydney
Build Date Received: 16/3
Ship Departed:
Expected Delivery:
Mid June

Will update when I get more details.

Thanks

Anyone happen to know if the wait times for a GTS in Sydney would still be around the 18 month mark?
Speaking to a dealer on Monday, they received their February slots last week. So depending on their backlog they seem to be able to book a slot with a lock in December '22, build in Feb '23, delivery in late May '23.
Not all GTS waits around Australia are long. Some states and dealerships have shorter lines and available allocations. Mine is a lot less than others are talking about on here.
Agree. Ordered my GTS via Canberra in November, lock was due at end of Dec which slipped to 1st week of Jan. Build in Feb, delivery end of May.
My GTS left overnight on the Hoegh Trapper. Due into Pt Kembla at the end of April!
Not long now!

So much time on emails and phone calls could be saved by allowing a subset of data on their in-house systems to be accessible. Sigh.
I reckon what they provide us in the portal is a pretty good start. I mean they dont show all the shipping port stops etc, but at a high level the milestones are pretty handy.

Thankful that we ordered our GTS when we did. Nov order, Feb build, May delivery (2 weeks to go!). 6 months from order to delivery which I was stoked about.
The dealer said this week that they just sold their Dec ‘23 slot for delivery in Mar ‘24. Looks like it’s back to 10-12m waits!

Hoeg Berlin is "in the same boat" so to speak (excuse the pun).
Add the Hoegh Trapper to the list. Its been 'trapped' off the coast of Wollongong for 2.5 weeks! Latest docking schedule shows it docking on Saturday You are being redirected...

Ive been patient watching it sail the high seas, however doing loops off the coast is doing my head in!

NOOOOOOOO My Macan looks to be heading back to Germany!!!!

After arriving at Pt Kembla on the Hoegh Trapper on Saturday, Porsche has adjusted the delivery dates. Makes the map look like its left Sydney and is heading back hahahaha.
