Some recent 30-80MPH for comparison sake:
  • 2020 Macan S (Stock) 6.79
  • 2020 Macan S (Stage 1 Tune) 5.52
  • 2020 Macan S (w/ Turbo Upgrade) 4.56
  • 2014 911 Turbo S (Stock) 3.51
  • 2014 911 Turbo S (Bolt-Ons & Cobb) 3.18
I think the 20 S is much faster than my 2016 also

Yeah, a tad quicker stock. I think our Stage 1 tune on the new S put it quicker than our old 2015 S was with intakes, Cobb w/ Stage 1+ map and a Remus cat-back. The previous gen turbos are really a limiting factor.

I agree. I cant speak for the new S setup. But the 2.9tt is way faster stock than my last gen S tuned. Funny thing is. It is objectively much faster than it feels. I could have sworn my tuned last gen S pulled a tad harder. Maybe the combination of less turbo lag and improved pdk programming is at play here. Im wondering whether there are changes to the gear ratios.
In fact, i did a couple of 40-100 and 50-100 pulls against my friend’s 718 gt4. And both times the macan’s nose was level with the gt4 bumper at the end of the pull. Above 100 im sure the gt4 would have flossed it. But we were both kind of shocked

I think that's turbo power. The 718 GT4 has a nice singing 4.0 engine but it has to be revv'd high to be in the optimal power band, at 5k rpm and higher as I heard. So it is not particularly quick.

The gt4 is fast as balls. It can hang with my 500 hp aston. We were shocked
Fyi dundon and others have dyno’ed the gt4 near 400 wheel hp

That’s what I was wondering. First time user ( so pardon the error). I’ll try again. I assume I’ll get 4.2-4.4
That happens if u go under a bridge sometimes. Make sure the exposure to sky is uninterrupted otherwise satellites can get goofy

Anyone have verified 0-60 or 30-80 times for a '17-'18 GTS? Curious because I just traded my '18 GTS for a '21 GTS and this thing feels like a monster.

It should. Doesnt it have 434hp vs the 375 for last year’s model? 22 more lb torque too.

No, the last GTS was 360hp/369tq vs 375hp/383tq of the new one. It definitely feels like way more HP that 15 more up top. I'm guessing it's another sandbagged motor from Porsche. Seeing the 30-80 times above are about the same for a stage 1 2020 S, it looks the the new GTS is closer to 400hp.

I own a 2020 chalk GTS. 375 like you said. But I found on Google it says 434hp for the 2021. Is that a mistake?
Is yours a 2021 or 2020?
