I thought I would start one of these to share some photos of my Macan in the wild.

Nearly every weekend I take my Macan out sport-y driving through the rural Maryland countryside. I take a lot of photos but I don't usually include the car. I think that may be more appreciated here.

This sight always makes me smile.

Heavy traffic at the gas and go car wash, Friday night.

It has been hot the last few weeks.

I document a lot of single lane bridges which are aplenty in the rural Frederick and Washington county MD countryside.

Historic preserved barn near Keedysville, MD. This barn was built in 1754.

The approach to the barn and its late 1700's farm house.

This single lane bridge is just past the barn.

The best as it turns out was this awesome place in Laconia, NH.

It is going on 20 years since I have been to Laconia.

I would like to get back up there someday to enjoy the White Mountains. Beautiful area.

Great photos. Love the blend of old history and modern you find on the East coast.

One thing that stood out to me was in that Devil's Backbone entrance photo. Amazed to see the asphalt surface on a rural, county maintained road in such perfect condition. Almost a unicorn ha. Looks like a fun place to drive a Macan.

I can assure you they don't all have perfect pavement! 😆

However, the rough pavement is where the Macan really impresses! Between the all wheel drive and the relatively compliant suspension, I am constantly amazed at its rough road prowess.
