I'm not the OP but you can tell it has air suspension based on the buttons in the console.

This hasn't sold yet? That's a beautiful Macan nicely optioned. Can't say enough good things about the air suspension. I can drive down roads and watch other cars bounce all over the place and it just seems mine just glides along. I'm assuming you have it posted on Cars, AutoTrader, Carguru and the like?
