Default When will 18' models cease production?

Will dealers be selling 18's until 1st and 2nd quarter of next year and when's the estimated arrival of 19's?

2018 production is already complete so aside from a few inbound stragglers, what your dealership has now is what they have for the next 6-8 months or so. I'm not sure what the US timeline is like, but in Canada we've been told not to expect the new Macan until about May of 2019 starting with the base model, with the S and Turbo arriving later in the year.

If dealers are still not giving any significant discounts, I canít see buyers will be motivated to get the leftovers, knowing they have already deprecated while sitting on dealer lots.

But seems like they don't have much stock, will they have enough to sell before the 19's are available because is still half a year away?

That's why pricing has firmed up . Notice how threads of the past where guys got 6-9 percent off have diminished . As inventory narrows new cars will become even harder to negotiate (especially if there is a certification delay or price increase) .
There is still time to buy a lot car .

BTW .. I began talking about a production lapse back in early August .

I was in Germany last week and there was a 2019 Macan parked at my hotel. I'm not sure if there is any overlap in production. It seems doubtful to me that they can produce both versions at the same time.

Observations:
- I don't like the rear lights. This is the direction for all Porsche designs, so we will have to live with it.
- The Spyder wheels were either a new pattern or the car I saw had aftermarket rims.
- The touch screen is much wider.
- All the buttons are replaced by a joystick control.

I just bought a 2018 CPO but I was also looking at new 2018's and I found dealers willing to discount by 10-12% quite readily.

The CPO was too hard to pass up...5+ years of warranty, only 7000 miles, great options and 22% off of original MSRP.
