Default Tranny Slipping - Porsche blaming it on 3rd party service

Hi All, 2016 Macan S

I have been a lurker here for a while but I am looking for some help. My transmission has been slipping in first gear for over a year and I have brought it in twice now only to be told there is nothing wrong. Although I am showing similar conditions to other people on this site with transfer case issues. On the second time they are asking me all sorts of questions where I have been getting my 3rd party service and checking PDK and all that. Why am I showing the same similarities to everyone’s transfer case issue and they are saying that’s not the problem?

PDK and TC are 2 separate parts. Which one are you talking/concerned about?

I can tell you if the third party did a fluid change and the level is off that s the issue. Not a simple dipstick to check level.
