Default Decisions

I work from home so every time I need to go somewhere, it is a tough decision to make

I also included a picture of the custom rear luggage protector in carbon-look 3M and given the **** keys are so expensive. I figured I wouldn't throw it in a bowl with other keys so I 3d printed key hooks - pic attached. I also 3d a new front license plate mount that requires no drill, doesn't block the grills (any more than the factor front mount) and uses the factory screw under the front bumper to secure. I'll post pictures once the clear film is on.

Wow!!!! Loved the key hooks. I am VERY interested to see the front license plate mount and would love to buy one if you decide to make more. I am over 2 years with my Macan and still have no front license plate. I've been lucky so far I did not get pulled over but I don't want to drill a hole on my front bumper.

Sure thing. It is designed to be "hung" from the lower air dam. I'll post pics once the film is done. The design should limit buffering and it seems super strong. Below is my prototype. The only downsides is that it takes forever to print because of the density and it is bigger than my 3d printer print area so it is segmented.

Pics soon.

I love your solution to the rear bumper area that gets easily scratched. Looks real good. My GTS is silver with carbon fiber accents. This would look great on my Macan, too. Consider your idea stolen!

Oh, by the way, I have a 991 also. How did you attach that front plate. It looks nice, too!

Nice to have a 3D printer for these fun projects.

I'm thinking you need to make a garage to park your keys. That would be cool.
