To the OP - to dole out $50K on a watch, why not spend a little more and travel to Geneva and visit the shops and watch factories in and around the city and in some other watchmaking-relevant towns North of Geneva, combining a watch-shopping trip with some winter sports, sight-seeing and nice restaurants?
My wife and I have been there several times. Years ago on two separate trips to Switzerland we dropped our Rolex watches at the factory for restoration. The craftsmanship is beyond belief, I suggest you tell customs about your plans before you leave the USA because they will never believe its a used watch. Absolute perfection is how I would categorise their workmanship.

Switzerland in general is beautiful. Our first trip there I described it as an entire country as clean and perfect as Disneyland when it opened. I'll stop right there, I'm sure many members of Macan Forum have been to Switzerland and enjoyed the sights, sounds and food there.

German cars deserve German watches.
Not too far south of Leipzig is Glasshutte, the centre of German watch making.
There are a number of manufacturers including Nomos(our favourite), A. Lange and Sohne, Glasshutte Original, Muhle Glasshutte, and more.
Also a lovely town to drive through while enjoying European Delivery of a Macan.
