My car will be silver with many black accents, so thinking super-dark on these won't be too out of place.
Not to be the bearer of bad news but that is what I went with also. The fitment was terrible in my opinion. You pay the premium to have them pre-cut and I had to modify mine with an exacto knife since they were covering about a half centimeter of the paint. Not too pleased with them but didn't feel like sending them back after installing them. Hopefully your experience is better than mine!

Got these side marker light tint pieces (mentioned earlier, from Suncoast) installed today, and I like the result! Here are day and night pictures.

I had to trim off the installation tabs CAREFULLY (so as to not scratch paint), and there was a slight bit extra around the edges of the marker lights. I used a silicone kitchen scraper to push the edges of the film in the gap between the marker light and the car frame.

Looks pretty good both day (completely black) and night (orange light visible with no light leakage around the tint).

There are some slight bubbles (if you look very closely), but the packaging says they will dissipate over time. Not really noticeable, but the nice thing is, they are completely (easily) removable!

Looks great. I wonder how they'll hold up over time. Anyone had this tint on for a longer period of time?

This thread is pretty funny. I already have some large clear trailer reflectors picked out on amazon and the part number for a spare set of the reflectors so I can chop them up and try to fit the clear reflectors on them. I'm pretty good at this kind of fabrication, but my hopes are not so high for a factory look and finish.

Really hoping someone gets on this. For white and silver or other light colors this is needed!

Let us know how this works out for you, especially if you are able to get a watertight seal. I am absolutely shocked nobody is making these yet!
