1. Windshield...automatically change its color depending on the light so I don't need to wear sunglasses... Like some of the lens that can change into darker color when it is in sunlight and when we go inside the building it goes back to clear.
2. Ability to shrink the back of the car to make it look like a real sport car with just a button. And we can also just make it expand back to be an SUV as usual. (Ok this is too futuristic feature, in dream mode). And I will name it 'My Eleven)

Few minor things. I'd make the fog lights on a separate switch so I can use them without having to take my headlight switch off auto.

I'd hide the rear wiper under the lip spoiler as it is so brilliantly on my wife's Lexus Rx350.

I'd redesign the thigh extender so the leather on the sides wasn't separate from the rest of the seat cushion.

I'd improve the cheap feeling rear wiper switch.

I'd give it a control like the STi has so I could make it RWD when I want.

I'd upgrade the cheap looking rear calipers so you don't see the pads.

I'd make the center console open like the BMW X5 I owned, split down the middle and to the sides.

I'd put a cover on the cup holders.

I'd place the AC vents differently so they don't blow on your hand.

I'd put a hardwired GoPro mount on the windshield.

I'd lengthen and double the sun visors which are so small as to be almost useless to the side, or at least make them pull out.

I'd make more exterior colors available.

I'd have Michelin or Pirelli make a 21" AS tire.

I'd offer 22" wheels.

I'd make the pano cover thicker and completely opaque.

I'd offer the Euro hide a hitch in the US.

I would make the steering wheel slightly smaller and fatter and offer the chrome on it in black as on some other models.

I'd offer seat cooling in the rear.

Sport design mirrors would be standard.

I'm exhausted.

@mdjak that is wow...a long list.
I want one more thing from a new Macan. The ability to make a phone call from the PCM screen. If I forget my cell phone at home I would like to be able to call someone from my car if I need to.

I would add a function to manually open the vents so you can wash the radiator.

I would have added an option to have a built in radar detection system that displays through the nav screen

Doors that would stay open on an incline (it's the same on a Q5)

A +1 on the AC vents (hard for the driver to get enough frosty air)

A more reliable garage door opener/closer

A little bit more resistance on the shift lever so it doesn't move into sport quite so easily

Ability to open pano but close cover all the way (Q5 does this)

18 way seat cars would lower more to make ingress over bolsters easier

For cars with voice control the ability to say Sport, Sport+ and/or select PASM modes.

+1 on the fog lights. I use the front fog lights nearly all the time & it's a PITA to have to spin the switch twice a day after years of BMWs, which just have a button for the fogs & don't force you to take the MSN lights out of auto mode.

I'd put the rear wiper at the top and the washer at the bottom so it doesn't leak (as mine continues to do no matter how many times the dealer says they fixed it).

+1 for smaller, fatter & preferably a little squishier wheel. The Macan wheel still doesn't feel comfortable to me. I think it's too hard or something like that. It just feel more slippery than my other cars. My wife's GLK (inferior in every other way except the nav system) has a much better steering wheel.

One main item: sliding rear seats with tilt adjustment so as to give more legroom. We need legroom more than boot space most of the time so sliding rear seats will make macan quite perfect.

A manual transmission option!

I had a 2011 stick shift cayenne before my macan. Despite being bigger, heavier, and slower... the cayenne was more fun to drive

As an added bonus the manual transmission was $3500 cheaper than the auto transmission when ordered, and was worth an extra $3000 on resale.
